Hari Narain Singh Institute of Teachers Education believes that education can be globalised through Research and Innovation. It intends to bring forward the dynamic and advance research contributions from its students and faculties. This can be accomplished by imparting excellent education via evolutionary techniques and internationally approved methods of teaching. There is a need to create focus amongst the students and faculties to enhance learning by building a resourceful ecosystem. Innovation is a cornerstone to success and the Institute aims to become a pioneering center of research and excellence in forthcoming years. In consideration to above, the Institute is bringing together all the means and resources to facilitate and foster research at all the levels.
HNISTE has the large base of highly talented students, research scholars and knowledgeable faculty members. The Center
for Research and Innovation (CRI) shall overview and review the operations of and working on the research projects that
will be undertaken by the students and faculty members.
At CRI both research and innovation are encouraged and nurtured by providing and facilitating necessary mentoring and
infrastructural facilities to the students, researchers as well as other innovators so that it could be taken to the
next level and at a greater height for serving better to the society in the widest sense.
The knowledge available to teachers and policy makers at various levels in the education system derives not solely from scientific research. Insights grounded in the knowledge and experience of reflective teachers play a significant role in decision making. Another important contribution to the knowledge base is derived from administrative actions, such as monitoring and evaluation programmes, which are initiated at various levels in the education system. Furthermore, educational statistics and indicators constitute an important element of the knowledge base.
We believe that for both the individual and society, the successful management of learning is essential. Individuals who become self-directed learners are able to acquire expert knowledge in various fields, to change careers, and to endow their lives with creativity and variety. Developing these capacities is not only important for a successful economy, but also for effective community and social engagement, participatory democracy and for living fulfilling and meaningful lives. We plan to build a tradition for experimental and developmental work in the education sector.
